Our Team

Steven G. Sensiba, President – Steve joined CRG Services, Inc. in 1990. With a background in management, both in the restaurant industry and real estate, he used his experience to learn the ins and outs of the business while building a substantial book of clients. Though he’d been responsible for many aspects of the company for years, after his father’s death in November of 2014 Steve took full control over the day-to-day operations of CRG and has plans to grow the business even further. David Schram, Vice President, Personal – After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater with a degree in finance, David joined CRG Services in 1984. Working closely with Greg Sensiba as his mentor, David excelled in the business, building a large client base and eventually taking over the management of the personal lines for the agency. He educates his clients, knowing from his thirty years of experience the lowest price does not always equal the best value. He prides himself on finding the proper coverage for the customer’s specific needs. Email

Cathy Sensiba, (Retired) Treasurer – Cathy Sensiba co-founded CRG Services, Inc. in 1980 but didn’t start working full time until 1982. Initially working as support for her husband, Greg, Cathy eventually developed her own book of business. Today, Cathy enjoys the relationships she has with her clients and working with her children and grandchildren. Email

Chris Wills, Vice President, Commercial – Chris joined CRG Services in July 2018. Over the last 15 years, he has worked in commercial insurance and agency management. He takes pride in helping his clients with their commercial insurance needs. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a degree in Economics. Email

Brad Griffin, Agent – Brad Griffin graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point in 1979. Majoring in business administration with a minor in economics, Brad began in the insurance industry after finishing university. Knowing Greg and Steve from their racquetball leagues, he found a home at CRG Services in 1993. Brad’s goal is to treat his customers as he would want to be treated and works his business accordingly. Email

Amy B. Stanislawski, Agent – Amy Stanislawski (maiden name Sensiba) joined the agency in July of 1992. Starting as a customer service representative, she eventually grew a significant list of her own clients and now works as an agent. Her goal is to help grow the family business and prides herself on treating her clients more like friends than customers. Email

Marejo Ramsey, Office Administrator – Marejo Ramsey (maiden name Sensiba) attended the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. She was the last member of her immediate family to join the family business in 1997. Initially working as an assistant to her father, Greg, she eventually began working in both the insurance and securities sides of the business. She now enjoys a multitude of tasks, from sales to customer service, marketing, and technology repair and maintenance. Working in a family business allows for various and flexible duties, something she enjoys. Email

Mary Wirch, Agent – Mary Wirch has been in the customer service field for the majority of her career. She acquired her insurance license while working as a customer service representative in 2007. In April of 2014, she came to work for CRG Services as a customer service agent, assisting other agents in the office while growing her own book of business. Mary enjoys her work and says she is thrilled to be a part of CRG! Email

Nick Schram, Agent – Under the guidance of his father, David Schram, Nick has very ambitious goals of building his personal and commercial business. With his laid-back personality and knowledge of important sporting events, he aspires to be the “Jim Halpert” of the insurance world. His goal is to write insurance policies that are always competitive, but more importantly, provide the proper coverage. Email

Joel Stanislawski, Agent – Joel started at CRG in May of 2018 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in Finance. A part of the third generation in the office and grandson of Cathy and Greg, Joel always aspired to help the family business however he could. He knows insurance is not a “one size fits all” industry, and seeks to suit each of his client’s unique needs while staying within their budget. Joel brings energy, ambition, and determination to CRG. Email
